The building with the conventional number 104 is found on the central road in the western part of the island. It's a complex that develops around a cistern over time to meet the needs of its tenants. It consists of two spaces, one to the east and one to the north, along with a courtyard in which the oven and the latrine are located.

The northern part of the residence maintains not only the first floor but also preserves a part of the wooden mezzanine and the ceiling. It even had a wooden protruding enclosed balcony on the facade (oriel), known as "sachnisi", a typical element of traditional Balkan architecture.

During the Leper Colony period, a cement staircase is built and leads from the courtyard to the upper floor, to the side door of the "sachnisi." During the same period, the interior of the upper floor is adorned with frescoes, of which only the figure of a lady holding an umbrella remains visible today.
